The Department of Physics at California State University, Dominguez
Hills invites applications for a Tenure-track position at the rank of
Assistant Professor with the appointment starting in Fall 2019. The
Department is seeking qualified candidates in a subfield of Physics or
Astronomy that will complement its existing expertise in the fields of
astronomy, astrophysics, experimental high-energy physics,
experimental nuclear physics, physics education research, theoretical
physics, and geophysical fluid dynamics. The Department is interested
in both building on existing areas of research and in expanding its
