The Old Dominion University Experimental Nuclear Physics group is seeking a postdoctoral associate to support our experimental program at the interface between nuclear, hadronic and particle physics.  The group (consisting of professors M. Amaryan, S. Bueltmann, C. Hyde, S. Kuhn, S. Stepanyan, and L. Weinstein plus 3 postdocs, a technician, and 8 graduate students) is one of the largest research groups at Jefferson Lab. We are leading several experiments at Jefferson Lab, including investigations of nucleon structure, nucleon-nucleon correlations in nuclei, hadron spectroscopy and searches for new physics in all four experimental halls. We also have a leadership role in the physics program and detector development for the next flagship facility in hadronic physics, the Electron Ion Collider.  This position will be focused on our Hall C experiments in Deep Exclusive Compton Scattering (Hyde), and the structure of bound nucleons (Weinstein), as well as R&D for the future electron-ion collider.
