These files (db_rb.Raster.dat, db_BBrb.Raster.dat) are in place on d2n
now.

Note that I removed '*/db_rb.dat', and '*/db_BBrb.*'  Those seemed to
contain largely duplicate data with the updated files so I decided that
they were either
  a) unused due to a change in naming conventions, and/or
  b) contained invalid data anyway.

The files I replayed as a test did not complain, but I would appreciate
it if someone (Diana?) could confirm the removed files are not needed.
