Yes, that's right. As near as I can tell from the documentation, the
initial idea was to have master files for db_urb and db_rb, which the
individual-for-each-detector files would softlink to. CVS blew up that
structure, and we wound up with lots of duplicate files.
db_(BB)rb.Raster.dat should be the only rb database files we need.
