Dr. Meziani suggested that I should make momentum bins for the 4-pass data
to sync up with those of the 5-pass data. To this end, I've added momentum
bins of:

p = 0.90, 1.13, 1.20, 1.27, and 1.70

to the 4-pass data, and a momentum bin of p = 0.80 to the 5-pass data. From
what I can tell, we did not take data on the LHRS for the above mentioned
momenta at 4-pass, likewise for p = 0.80 at 5-pass.  However, since A_1^n
isn't using the LHRS, it won't affect this calculation.

Such changes have been reflected in a new note, labeled v4.

Thanks,

Dave
