[d2n-analysis-talk] Updated DB with improved MWDC timing calibration on d2n and CVS

Hi Matt,
I still have trouble with replaying runs that utilize the 20090213 directory
(even with the new StartType).
For LHRS runs (which clearly do not meet your requirements for setting the
MWDC database), my replays will always create a bad link to my replay
directory since there is no 'db_BB.mwdc.dat' (which is the default choice if
the run condition to set the MWDC DB file is not satisfied) in 20090213.
There is *.0 and *.1, however.
