Hi all,

I have made updates to the long paper as per your suggestions -- thanks! 
A number of changes have been made up through the end of section 3.  These
include:

- Section 2
   - More in-depth discussion of the LHRS and BigBite hardware in Section 2
   - Improved description of our trigger setup
   - Restructuring of subsections relating to the beamline
   - Brief intro of the 3He target moved to beginning of section 3
   - Better plots for PID in LHRS (changes pending for BigBite)
   - Improved PID discussion for the LHRS and BigBite

- Section 3
   - General improvement in target principle of operation and setup
   - Reordering of subsections: EPR comes before NMR now

Please let me know of your comments and suggestions!  Though a few changes
are to be made regarding BigBite PID plots, I thought it would be useful
to send out this version now, so as to allow you to make comments on all
