[d2n-analysis] Halog search engine

I got irritated with rather low quality of JLab's Halog search index so
I set up my own here:
  http://www.swatter.net/cgi-bin/namazu.cgi
  user/pass : halog/halog

Feel free to try it out.  It gets updated nightly and should be up most
of the time.  (It's running on my home development server, so no
guarantees.)

If you find it particularly useful, let me know and I'll work to get it
it set up on a JLab system in some more official capacity.
