[d2n-analysis] Invariant mass shift

Hi all,

   After digging through the code of how the invariant mass W is
calculated in order to determine why I was seeing the elastic proton
peak centred near 1.4 rather than 0.94 or so, I started to suspect the
optics and Brad agreed with this so after talking to Xin, he was able
to point me to the optics matrix that he had used on his d2 study.
Using his optics matrix, I now get an elastic peak position I was
expecting.
