    Bug fixes to ensure mgt_ctrl register keeps certain bits set.
    
    fadcLib.c
     - faGStatus:
      Be sure to read csr register
      Add BERR scaler to printout
      Change token passing printout
      Fix First/Last board printout
     - faEnableSyncSrc:
      Don't overwrite bits in mgt_ctrl that arent relevant to enabling
      debug data alignment sequence.
     - faEnable:
      Don't overwrite bits in mgt_ctrl that arent relevant to enabling
      debug data alignment sequence.
