    Initialize in "Disabled" mode with local clock enabled.  This cures some bus error problems.
    
    sspLib.{c,h}
     - sspInit:
      Show WARN, instead of ERROR when looping through to find SSPs
     - sspSetMode:
      When initializing in "Disabled" mode, use the local clock.
     - sspGStatus:
      Don't attempt to read the CrateID or ErrTile1 registers from the VXS0 or VXSGTP serdes
     - sspPrintCrateId
      Returns the crateID now
     - sspSetClkSrc
      Only show lock error if the clock is not disabled
     - New macro
        #define SSP_INIT_GTP_FIBERSUM_ENABLE   (8<<24)
