     - New test program to diagnose problems with the firmware
    
    fa125Lib.{c,h}
     - Update firmware updating procedure to obtain the memory locations
    of the individual FPGAs from the MCS file, instead of using hardcoded
    values.  This may be useful for updating only individual FPGA firmware
    in the future.
