    Move readout list to rol directory.  Update Makefiles.  Better use of
    jvme library.
    
    Makefile(s):
     - Use of LINUXVME_* instead of GEFANUC_*
     - Make sure current working directory is used for linker and include before others
     - Install (copy) instead of soft links
    
    tsUtil.{c,h}, tsUtilTest.c
     - Use vmeRead32/vmeWrite32 instead of tsRead/tsWrite
     - Use jvme.h instead of jlabgef.h and gefcmn_vme.h
     - Default Int Level = 3
     - Move macros to tsUtil.c from tsUtil.h
