[Deeppwg] Abstract submission to APS DNP in April

Dear all,

I have been notified that the deadline for abstract submission at the 
April APS DNP meeting is very close. I received Marshall Scott abstract 
(see attachment) and Richard is already circulating his in the deeppw 
group. If you plan to submit an abstract, you must send it before to the 
DPWG like Marshall and Richard. Regarding the very short amount of time 
before the deadline ( I was told it is January 9th), send it directly to 
the mailing list. I will then gather them on the dpwg webpage.

Please do not forget to notify clas speaker committee as well.

Finally I remind that if you intend to show new or updated results, you 
will have to submit a release note. New results will have to make a 
detailed presentation in addition to the release note to be approved. 
For updates, it will depend on how much progress has been made. The 
release notes must be submitted by February 13th.
