Hello Everyone,

Let's have a meeting this Wednesday at 10 am EST (in F228 for the 
locals) to discuss the FY12 proposal.

Section 2 of the draft has now been updated as well/

The appendix is in a separate file.

Two things we need to add still is something on how we envision the 
prototyping effort and how we summarize our progress so far.

is not adequate for a three year proposal, and it does not include 
anything on the latest GSI experience.
