[DIRC] meeting Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Let's have a DIRC meeting on Wednesday at 10 am JLab time. We do not 
have a room reservation this week, so it would be great if the locals 
could call in too!

As mentioned in Tom's email that I forwarded earlier, the deadline for 
the proposal submission has changed to November 14. The meeting with the 
advisory committee will be December 12-13 at BNL. However, we still need 
to submit an abstract before October 15. Below is a link to a first draft.

In addition to discussing the abstract, this would also be a good 
opportunity to figure out what else we now could include in the 
proposal, such as presenting the name of the postdoc or take some 
initial steps towards purchasing the year 1 hardware.
