[DIRC] meeting on Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Let's have our first DIRC meeting of 2013 on Wednesday at 11 am EST (in 
B101).

There are many things things to discuss, but perhaps the most important 
are dates for the collaboration meeting and plans for the work leading 
up to the proposal resubmission, both sometime in April.
