[DIRC] meeting on Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday 1/23 at 11 am EST (in B101).

I am sending out this email a little earlier in advance than usual since 
we have a preliminary time for the collaboration meeting, April 4-7, and 
it would be good to think a little about the agenda. As last time, it 
would probably be good to have the main meeting during the first couple 
of days, and then focus on more specific questions and writing of the 
proposal update. But it would be good to discuss this in some detail at 
the meeting.
