I have updated section 4.2
I also edited section 1.1 (intro other).

I added a table of contents to help the reader navigate
through this document.
Unfortunately, Google docs does not include page numbers in toc!
I still think it useful.

To make sure your section is included in toc,
highlight the section heading n.m.l,
pull down menu format/Paragraph Styles then Heading 3 ==> Apply Heading 3.
if you are at section heading eg 2.4, then it is Heading 2

Then go back to t.o.c. box, click at the end of any toc line,
and a update button will appear at the top of toc box,
click on update, and voila!
