Dear All,

I would like to let you know JLab also will start to run experiments on April (almost full month).

Sincerely,
Kijun

Hi Yordanka and All,

good idea, I added two additional date ranges to the doodle, the last
weekend of Feb and the first weekend of March.

Not sure if the late Feb dates can work since there is not much time for
the JLab travel logistics (approval, booking, rooms, etc) but it would
be fine for me otherwise.

The early March is a little complicated since we tentatively accepted
March 5th to give a seminar here at GSI. We could still try to move that
date or we could travel to JLab on Friday, March 6th, which would mean
that we would need to go for a Sat-Tue schedule this time. That would in
principle be no problem from our end but I don't know if it works for
the US folks.

The mid-April date is now strongly disfavored by us and the late-April
date impossible due to the new CERN test beam schedule. We will be up to
our necks in the prep work after mid-April because we have to leave for
CERN around May 1st.

Since I changed the doodle dates I have to ask you to please revisit the
poll and fill in your availabilities for the early date ranges.

Either way, I think we need to fix a date soon, I'm afraid that
everybody's calendars are filling up more and more...

Best regards,

	Joe
