[DIRC] 2015 summer run

Dear Colleagues,

Based on the Doodle poll responses for availability, the period 13 July 
to 27 July seems to be the best to schedule our summer run. The plan for 
the run can be found and updated at

A USC student and myself will begin preparatory evaluation test-bench 
MCP-PMT measurements, calibrations, etc. in the test lab on Monday the 
1st June.  Please, feel free to add tasks and/or comments to the plan.
