[DIRC] MCP-PMT run in Summer 2015

Dear Colleagues,

The 2015 summer run of measuring MCP-PMT gain in B-field will take place 
on 13th - 27th July. More information (draft) about the run can be found

Please, feel free to modify and/or add new items to the plan lists on 
the above wiki. We will discuss the plan and procedures for the run 
during the DIRC meeting at JLab next week.
