[DIRC] agenda draft for collaboration meeting

Hello Everyone,

As you know, this year’s DIRC collaboration meeting will be held at JLab March 26-29. I suggest that we do the following:


Thursday March 26 - all day: Status of DIRC simulations

Friday March 27 before lunch: High-B sensor tests (Carl, Yordanka, and Tongtong will all be there)

Friday March 27 at 1:30 pm: meeting with GlueX people (Justin can join for a follow-up during the wee

Friday afternoon: Discussion of possible collaboration with GlueX/SLAC on studies of mirror-based options; test beam schedules, optical and radiation tests for the triple-lens, etc

Saturday: Follow-up discussions from previous two days. Reviewing proposal status and plans for next year. Discuss impact of a possible PID consortium.

Sunday: Drafting key parts of proposal for July
