[Dlsupport] Questions for the detector installations

Here are questions that Anthony DiPette had for the installation:


                Who is doing the installation work for the Dark Light Exp. In the LERF 4F Sub 3 region.
                  MIT staff, JLab INST Group, other?

If JLab INST Group we will need the following questions answered: -

               Which ASME Code do we work to, a single one, fluid based or system i.e: - LCW, Air, etc.
                   Mechanical drawings: -
                   Are we field engineering based on a marked up P&ID? Minimally need something showing approved size & matl to be used?
                   Are we getting Mechanical drawings showing approved fabrication details?
                   Some Combination of 1 & 2?
             Materials: -
                   Are they on order, awaiting delivery, status, etc?
                   Do we need to order material’s, if so what kind of documentation does the code require?
                   Is there a list detailing what needs to ordered and quantity?
                   Who is responsible for procurement’s & documentation?
                   What project code do we use? LERFDL, LERFMT,????
                   Are there any “Controlled Materials” needing controlled storage?
                   Is there any welding involved? If so what procedure does the welder need to be qualified to?
              Pressure System Documentation: -
                   What is required?
                   Who will generate and maintain it?
                   What testing is required?
                   Who will do the QA/QC, inspections?
