[Dlsupport] Installation down activities

Same hardware; just different magnet settings. Leads get swapped on the solenoid to reverse the polarity. No hardware changes though; the design is intended to support either polarity - and has to some level in simulation .

For the Run after 8/16/16 how does the IR beam line differ from the IR beam line we are currently working on?
Is there more bpms being added or bpms being removed?
I thought the configuration we are currently working on is the configuration for the engineering run for a week
followed by the real run.
