[Dlsupport] Latest version of the nomenclature document

There are a few changes of corrector and BPM locations in the region of the detector and I think most of the Z-values are up-to-date, though some may have to be checked.  Comments have also been updated where possible.  These should be in agreement with the latest layout drawing excluding the MIT section from 4F04 to 4F08, which has not yet been updated.
