[Dlsupport] Screen command

Folks --
You can use the command-line program OTFLauncher to generate your device 
screens "on demand"

On the command-line:

#will tell you what systems and screens are available
OTFLauncher -h

#will tell you what screens are available for the system
OTFLauncher <system> -h

#will tell you what options are available for the screen.
#if the screen does not allow a -ced option, it has not been converted 
to run from the LED yet.
OTFLauncher <system> <screen> -h

As an example:
OTFLauncher magnet boxdetails -ced led -name FELARC1
