[dsg-eic_dirc] EIC DIRC - January 2024 update

Hi Tyler,

thank you for this information. I want to add that Andrew Lumanoc will 
be the new Work Coordinator
at JLAB taking on various tasks independent of the experimental halls. 
this will be mostly for the moller
project but he will also take on the task to get the hpDIRC shipping 
crates ready for the SLAC to JLAB
transport.
For this we set up a tentative meeting on January 11th around 9am (time 
subject to change). It would
be great if you could participate in that meeting too (the best place is 
probably ELL 108).
The purpose is to get Andrew up to speed as to what the scope of the 
work is to get those crates ready.
