Hi Jack,
We're scheduling our upcoming work for DSG and Amrit mentioned the Hall A NPS cable work.
In your email, a 9 month time frame is given. Are the cables due in 9 months (January 2020) or will the work be starting in 9 months when the crystals and the other parts arrive?
Peter

It is not a rush job. We do not have the crystals yet, even. So, nine months from now might be the latest we could wait.

jack,
i concur, it would be better to do it in house.
i don't have manpower, but wonder-woman power, mindy leffel.
and there are others, who could pitch in if your schedule is tight.
do you know when you need it by so that i can schedule time.
could you get in touch with mindy.

Amrit,
We need to have some cables made for the NPS experiment in Hall C. There are 1100 of them. HV and signal cables.
The two have a "molex" style on one end, both the cables on one connector. The other ends are SMA for the signal and a Fischer on the HV.
Drawings are attached.
Would your group be able to do this? We're trying to decide if we do this in-house, commercially here, or commercially in France. I think in-house would be preferable. But, manpower is the question.
