[Dsg-halla_ecal] Supermodule inventory

Hi Albert,

I have looked at the spare parts and determined that 5 frames can be made if the following parts are procured/fabricated:

12 threaded rods (for long modules)
18 spacers (for long modules)

If these frames are assembled, you will still need 4 long frames to finish the project.

Thanks to you and all your groups. Inventory is very important to us.
Finally, we can know how many super module frames we need to order.
The spring I gave, you can continue assembling super modules.
