Hi Albert,

Here is the email from the manufacture. These can run at 250C continuously. The main point is that we have a quote for units which can be purchased for testing at 250C to confirm if this will work.

We are still looking for other options.

Hello,



I have just left you a voice mail on this project.



We are comfortable with having the heaters quoted here run at 250C on a continuous basis.​



Some of the construction has been changed:



  *   Wire wound heating element
  *   High Temperature Silicone Rubber
  *   Not a UL approved and stamped heater



We’d still have a maximum of (12) heaters which can be connected together in parallel.



I’ve shown the cost of having (10) Heaters Expedited on our Fast Track Service.

I'm worried about 250C max. All the time this heater
will work the maximum mode.
When testing the prototype in the front flange SM, we reached 250C, which
is half the maximum operating temperature of the heater that I used.
How many days continuously can this heater operate at maximum?
