[Dsg-halla_ecal] ECal controls update

Hi,

Today's ECal controls update meeting will be in-person only. There is no Teams or Zoom meeting. I will give a quick update on the recent changes to the software, and we will discuss any changes necessary after moving the controls equipment to Hall A.
