[Dsg-halla_ecal] ECAL_6sm_GUI update

Hi Don,

Brian and I have updated the GUI. I have put the new version at O:\sbs\ECAL. You should delete the one on the shortcut on the desktop and make a new shortcut and move it to the desktop.

The error was due to an alias file in the home directory.
