[Dsg-halla_ecal] cRIO issue

This morning I went to do some testing of the EPICS variables to see if I could update a PV with the actual values from the heartbeat signal.

The cRIO malfunctioned on a restart of the code running on it. We will make an entry during the next controlled access (ccheduled for tomorrow).

The currently the system is powered down with the heater relay in the "Power off" position. I am still monitoring the temperature by looking at the module channels...all the temperatures are at room temperature (19 to 20 degrees C).

I will send an update after we confirm the issue.
