[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECAL controls thermocouple issue

The thermocouple readback for Aluminum_Right was reading intermittently. Made entry into hall a under restricted access. Checked the connections and found no issue. Halted the controls software and re-seated the analog input module. This fixed the issue. 

Tested all channels to 30 degrees C noted that SM_Bottom was not increasing with applied current, the temperature remained at ambient. Switched to a secondary thermocouple for that channel, this was reading an increase in temperature.

Informed the ECAL lead that the system is functioning. The detector manager has started heating the test stand to 290 degrees C.
