[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECAL Six-supermodule test stand controls and monitoring

The ECAL test stand heater controls and safety interlock system have been tested. A new shortcut to the GUI is on the ECAL laptop. The system is on with all control temperature set to room temperature (~20 - 22 C). 

Four additional thermocouple channels have been added to monitor the lightguide - PMT cooling volume (Top - left, Top - right, Bottom - left, Middle). If an additional sensor will be used for the Bottom - right, notify M. McMullen and it can be added.
