[Dsg-halla_ecal] ECAL test stand

Hi Don,

The ECAL test stand controls and safety interlock system have been tested. A new shortcut to the GUI is on the ECAL laptop. The system is on with all control temperature set to room temperature (~20 - 22 C). The controls will work as they did in the winter run of 2023.

I have added the four thermocouples for the cooling volume to the crystal temperature tab (see pic). Per the labels, there is no sensor for Bottom right. If an additional sensor is available for this channel, let me know.
