[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: ECAL controls

The expansion chassis lost connection to the controls cRIO at 3:13 am on 5/3/2024. The detector volume temperature had cooled to ~ 130 degrees C. I was able to reboot it remotely at 6:45 am from the LabVIEW project file without issue. It was still available through LabVIEW Measurement & Automation Explorer. 

This is a second occurrence in a week. DSG will investigate to see if there is any correlation which will give insight to the issue.
