[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: ECAL test stand

We investigated the issue and found that a connection in the safety relay box on the positive Aluminum Right channel had heated up and broke at the fork terminal. The fork connection was still connected to the barrier block. The crimp connection was still intact on the cable. The fork is broken above the crimp before the fork. Typical current is 6 to 8 Amps (48v).

We will investigate it further once radcon releases the relay box and power supples the from the hall.

I will contact Jlab electrical safety and inform them of the issue.
