[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal trigger rates increase with decreasing temperature!

After the heaters tripped off at 3:40AM the crystal temperatures quickly dove. As the temperatures went from 225-230 down to <200degC, the ECal trigger rates noticeably increased giving clear evidence that we were in fact much too hot and that this was decreasing the crystal transparency.
