[Dsg-halla_ecal] Controls testing

Hi Don,

This morning I will test some modifications to the code. I’ll stop by the counting house before testing.

The modifications will open a heater channel relay in the event that the control temperature (thermocouple readback) channel status has a fault. The channel will stay open until the fault is cleared.

Assuming the test goes well update the software on the cRIO.

Additionally, I will leave instructions on rebooting the expansion chassis remotely.
