[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] Hall A ECAL heater controls

DSG has successfully tested a modification to the ECAL heater controls. We have added monitoring to a status signal that comes from each of the thermocouple module channels, for the heater control channels only. If a channel or group of channels produces a Hi from the channel status (single or multiple), the relay from those channels will open (on an individual basis) and remove power from the ECAL zone.

When the channel(s) are recovered, the fault will clear and the relay will return to its standard operation.

The method of testing was physically removing the thermocouple module from the expansion chassis while the controls were running. All 16 status signal turned on, and all 16 relays opened. When the module was reseated, the fault cleared and the relays returned to operation.
