[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal controls power cycle

The right pump pressure stopped updating around 5AM. This was the only sensor that had failed which implies that it was not the readout and controls system (cRIOs, I/O cards etc) but the sensor itself. This requires a hard reboot to cycle the power. I ran the cycleECal.sh script and everything came back up operating as usual.
