[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal heater controls temperatures frozen

Got a call from Shift crew that the ECal heartbeat was alarming. I logged in and saw that the heater controls temperatures for channels 33-48 was frozen. Did a soft restart of cRIO3 using NIMax and everything came back online working.
