[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal heater power fractional output by zone

At the current 200 degC setting for the front crystal temperature the heaters are putting out about 43% of their maximum on average. Since the power supplies are both current (12.5A) and voltage(48VDC) limited, whichever limit is reached first forms the upper limit of a zone. This will depend on the number of heaters in a zone which varies. Due to this complication,  I had to estimate the fractional current by measuring the current sensor output zone by zone with the output at minimum and maximum and determining where the average operating current was in that range. I then squared the current fraction to determine fractional power.
