[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] All ECal heaters turned off

Got a call from the shift crew that ECal was alarming on low temperature. Logged in to find that the main relay was off, a condition that I now associate with one or more of the components restarting/reconnecting. I reset the relay and temperatures are recovering. All is well.
