[Dsg-halla_ecal] [Revised Logentry] ECAL heater controls update

DSG has updated NI MAX on the HALLA-ECAL laptop. During installation, halla-crio-ecal5 and halla-crio-ecal6 were restarted to ensure the system works.

 NI MAX can be used to remotely restart the individual cRIO expansion chassis instead of power cycling them. The GUI, a shortcut for NI MAX, and the restart procedure is located on the desktop of HALLA-ECAL. Shifters should contact Don Jones for questions or training.

The computer is now available for monitoring by counting house staff.
