[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal cRIO expansion chassis reboot to get crystal temperature reading again

Front crystal temperatures in zones 32-48 were frozen since yesterday around 1PM. I remotely rebooted the cRIOs in the hall to restore the readout.
