[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: ECAL_Cooling Alarm

I was sitting in the back room of the Counting House when the ECal heaters turned off but my phone doesn't get any signal in the Counting House so it went straight to voicemail when the shift crew/RC tried to call. Shortly after 7AM I noticed the issue via email notification and took a look. The heartbeat was frozen and the process controller had opened the relay to stop power to all zones. Cycling outlet 8 at hareboot39 as usual did the trick. Temperatures are recovering.
