[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] Anomalously hot rear crystal temperature readback on 16 channels

The readback on channels 17-32 of the rear crystal temperatures is showing they are much hotter than expected. They are in the 195-210 degC which is closer to what we expect for the front of the crystals. These anomalously high values showed up right after I cycled the power this morning (see plots). Anyway, I don't believe these are reading correctly. 
Update: another reboot fixed this issue.
